Please check with your dealer or directly to the service center in the event of a claim. If you want to make a return, please specify the defect and attach a copy of your receipt. In this case, the following warranty conditions apply:
1. With regard to the products of Vipernake ®, a warranty for a period of two years from the date of purchase is provided. In the event of a claim, the purchase date must be proved with the purchase receipt or invoice.
2. Defects in material or workmanship will be removed free of charge within the warranty period.
3. The application of the warranty does not entail an extension of the warranty period, neither for the device nor with respect to the components replaced.
4. This warranty does not cover:
- All damage caused by abuse, e.g. by non-compliance of the user´s manual.
- Damage due to repairs or interventions by the buyer or unauthorized third parties.
- Shipping damage caused during transport from manufacturer to consumer´s home or during transport to technical service.
- Accessories subjected to normal wear.
